Your warranty lasts 12 Months and it covers any fault that develops through normal use.

Warranty does not cover any physical or cosmetic damage and it does not cover any faults which happen after damage has been caused.

Battery Health naturaly degrades with use and heavy use will degrade it even faster. Despite this our warranty guarentees the battery will remain healthy (considered 80% plus) for at least 6 months. If it falls below this in 6 months we will replace the battery free of charge and if it falls below 80% in 12 months we will offer battery replacement with 50% off.

Yes, everything you need to protect the iPhone & use the faster charging capability is inside the package, including the Type C cable, 20W Charging Plug, Fitted Tempered Glass, Protective Cover and Sim Pin Tool.

Yes, of course, contact us via the number on our contact page, let us know what models/colours you want to see or choose from and we will have them ready for viewing at a time which suits you. You can then pay in person via card, cash or transfer.

The Tempered glass always comes professionaly fitted for you so you dont have to worry about attempting it yourself. The protective clear cover then just clips on with minimal effort as its perfectly fitted to the model.

If an iPhone develops a fault from normal use (without being damaged) you can request an exchange or full refund within 30 days. After this time it will be repaired or replaced within the 12 months warranty.

Online - If you change your mind, as long as you have not started to use your iPhone, you will have 30 days to return it and the unused accessories and request an exchange or refund. Any return that is not faulty will be subject to a deduction of 5% to cover our delivery & restocking costs.

Paying In Person - Paying and collecting in person means you have had the oppurtunity to see and check your iPhone before buying it, therefore we only offer a refund or an exchange if there is a fault inside 30days, after this it will be repaired or replaced.

Please call us at the earliest opportunity to inform us of any return or fault.

Yes we will cover our free accessories with 12 months warranty but we will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs outside the first 30days. This is because shipping charges to return a free accessory and then ship out a new one often outweighs the wholeslae cost of the accessories itself (which we gave away for free).

If a lead or plug has a fault within 30 days we will post out replacements at our expense providing the faulty one is returned first.

After the first 30 days you will need to return the accessory to us at our address in person so we can hand over replacements. If you are unable to travel you could post your faulty accessory and we will include it with your next order.

The free tempered glass & protective cover obviously have no warranty as they are simply there to act as a protective layer to absorb some of the force from impacts which then helps protect you iPhone. The idea is that they get damaged first, instead of your iPhone. This does not mean your IPhone will not get damged if it is hit or dropped hard enough, they are there simlly to help.
